Job Title: Visual Director The role of a Visual Director is pivotal in ensuring that the visual content of the game meets the highest standards of quality. This position requires a motivated and skilled individual with expertise in conception, 2D art, and technical pipelines. Responsibilities: Define and own the visual vision, style guides, and identity for the game(s). Create concept art, mood boards, key frames, style frames, and reference guides to communicate direction. Contribute to the creation of 2D art through hands-on tasks, along with providing artistic direction. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artists (2D, VFX, UI/UX) - hiring, performance reviews, training. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work on game visuals, manage and inspire a team of artists. They should be familiar with optimizing and implementing visual assets for game engines and possess excellent communication skills in English. This person will be responsible for defining and owning the visual vision, style guides, and visual identity for the game(s). They will create concept art, mood boards, key frames, style frames, and reference guides to communicate direction.
