Our remote India operations have been growing successfully for over 2 years, and we are now expanding our team further.Position Overview:We're seeking a proactive Tech Talent Strategist with a keen understanding of U.S. staffing practices, IT domains, and resume optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent, and performance-driven environment while working remotely.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to market them for contract and full-time roles in the U.S. market.Customize resumes to align with specific job requirements, emphasizing keywords, formatting, and technical accuracy.Identify job opportunities using tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor/client relationships.Manage the end-to-end candidate submission lifecycle — from sourcing to interview scheduling and client feedback.Cultivate and maintain vendor and client relationships to generate ongoing pipeline opportunities.Maintain tracking of daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics.
