Job OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.Key responsibilities include:Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.Providing clear and concise information to customers, while also troubleshooting complex problems and documenting interactions.For individuals supporting via email or non-voice channels:Responding to customer emails within agreed-upon timeframes and maintaining accuracy.Resolving customer queries, escalating issues when necessary, and updating internal systems accordingly.Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times, accuracy, and ticket closures.The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with prior experience in BPO/Customer Support environments. Additionally, they must be able to work independently, meet performance targets, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
