Providing training and support to end-users and internal teams on platform usage and enhancements is vital.Reporting & InsightsYou will develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, service level adherence, and service performance. Analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce ticket resolution time is critical.Innovation & IntegrationExploring and implementing new platform features and third-party integrations is necessary to enhance its capabilities. Initiatives around self-service, knowledge management, and AI-driven support must also be supported.RequirementsThe job requires 3–5 years of experience in IT service management roles, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in platform administration and configuration. A strong understanding of industry frameworks and service management principles is essential.
