Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing modern, efficient and production-ready furniture designs under a renowned brand. The role involves utilizing CAD/CAM software to create 2D/3D drawings, generate CNC machining files (nesting layouts, toolpaths, code) and ensure optimal material utilization.Design innovative furniture concepts (home, storage, décor, modular).Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D models for CNC production.Optimize board usage (sheets) to minimize wastage.Translate designs into CNC-ready files (nesting + code).Align designs with current trends, cost-effectiveness and fast delivery goals.Key Focus Areas:Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent design skills, proficiency in CAD/CAM software, strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. Fusion 360, SolidWorks).Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.In addition to these benefits, we also offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities to work on exciting projects.
