About Us:Earnpaste.com is a link monetization platform of the modern era, built for creators, community owners, and digital marketers. We assist admins of Telegram channels, Discord servers, and other platforms in generating revenue through intelligent linksharing. The Role:We're growing our early growth team — and we're seeking community-aware, self-driven individuals who can reach out to Telegram, Discord, and other community admins, and onboard them to Earnpaste.This is a remote, commission-based position.Responsibilities:Find and reach out to the appropriate community admins (Telegram, Discord, etc.)Describe how Earnpaste operates and its advantages and how it is better than the competitorsHelp onboard interested admins to the platformEnsure they use it actively for at least 7 daysReport leads and usage via a shared trackerWhatYou’ ll Earn:₹500 per successful onboarding (when the admin uses Earnpaste actively for 7+ days)Performance bonuses for high-volume onboardingLong-term role opportunities based on performancePlease note: This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed monthly salary. Compensation is fully based on successful onboardings and performance.Who We’re Looking For:Strong communication and messaging skillsFamiliar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or other communityplatformsFluen t in EnglishSelf-motivated, responsible, and can work independently Experience Required:We prioritize ability and performance over credentials.
