Job Title: SAP Ariba ConsultantThis role requires an experienced consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba to handle Level 2 and Level 3 incidents. The candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and be able to interact effectively with clients and other partners.The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with a focus on application support and maintenance. They should possess cross-functional skills in SAP MM and have expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract, and Ariba SLP. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of CIG integration with SAP S/4 HANA.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve incidents and problem tickets within the defined Service Levels.Provide regular updates on ticket status to the service delivery manager.Maintain SLAs intact and update issue logs with relevant information.Escalate tickets to third-party vendors as necessary and take ownership until resolution.Monitor background jobs and implement corrective actions when needed.Recommend industry best practices and implement service improvement plans.Prepare and maintain documentation for the engagement.Collaborate with the audit team and implement recommendations.Connect with Business Users periodically to update on incident status and system changes.
