Job Opportunity: Tax Compliance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in tax compliance, with expertise in GST and a strong understanding of taxation laws.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C, etc.). They will also review GST reconciliations and address any mismatches, monitor Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and utilization, and oversee Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) compliance and related accounting.In addition, the candidate will provide tax advisory on business transactions, contracts, and inter/intra-state supplies, analyze the impact of GST amendments, circulars, and notifications, and evaluate implications of reverse charge, job work, e-invoicing, and e-way bill requirements.Other responsibilities include handling GST audits by internal, statutory, and departmental auditors, preparing and managing replies to notices, summons, and queries from tax authorities, and coordinating with consultants and legal counsel for departmental litigation matters.We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
