CTC: INR 2-2.4 LPA Location: on-site Time: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Monday - Friday) Role Description  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and empathy.  Actively listen to customer concerns, provide clear and timely solutions, and ensure a seamless resolution process.  Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.  Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.  Build lasting relationships with customers by treating each interaction as an opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience.  Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.  Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.  Support team projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and elevating the quality of customer service. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, or a related field. - 0–1 years of experience in customer service or a related domain. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Proven Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients. - Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar process-driven environments. - Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
