We serve clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraged by a global delivery platform.Overview: - Partnering with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team and helping them to implement the Data Warehouse solution within the KMK internal system. Key Responsibilities: -Understanding business processes and leveraging data design expertise to properly design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.Responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.Utilize experience with- standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure); data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.Driving the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.Qualification: -Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the marketDemonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.High proficiency with the SQL language and database managementGood understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computers/information systems and at least two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
