About this RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Business Storyteller to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives that engage business leaders and drive meaningful conversations.Possess in-depth knowledge of consumer trends, marketing strategies, and brand development.Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.This role requires a skilled journalist who can collaborate with editors to develop cover stories, special issues, and thematic features that shape marketing and business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Research and write feature stories, analyses, and interviews on advertising, retail, marketing, and consumer-facing businesses.Track and interpret industry trends, campaigns, consumer insights, and innovations shaping the marketing and advertising ecosystem.Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, CXOs, agency leaders, and decision-makers across corporate India.Deliver impactful writing for print, digital, and multimedia formats that resonates with both industry insiders and the broader C-suite.Collaborate with editors to drive cover stories, special issues, and thematic features that influence marketing and business strategy.Requirements & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in business journalism, preferably covering advertising, marketing, retail, or consumer sectors.Strong editorial judgment, reporting skills, and ability to craft compelling narratives with business depth.A portfolio of published features showcasing an ability to explain how consumer trends and marketing decisions impact business outcomes.Comfort with deadlines, multitasking, and working across print and digital platforms.Benefits:Be part of a respected authority on brands, media, advertising, marketing, and consumer businesses.Drive conversations that matter to India's most influential business and marketing leaders.Work across marquee stories, multimedia formats, and IPs that shape the future of the marketing and consumer business ecosystem.
