Senior Financial Operations LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Operations Leader to oversee and manage all core financial activities, encompassing billing, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and inventory management.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite, with a strong grasp of US GAAP, federal & state tax regulations, and US compliance frameworks. They should be familiar with restaurant/retail-style accounting structures and exhibit exceptional leadership skills to guide teams and maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness.Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate estimates, invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconciliations. They will also calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties; ensure timely tax filings and documentation for vendors and accountants.Manage end-to-end accounting cycles including AR/AP, GL, inventory, and financial reportingCollaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with US federal and state regulationsProvide financial guidance to leadership and coach junior staff on financial data to support better decision-making
