Job Opportunity: Digital Adoption Platform ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Expert to lead our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers to drive excellence in digital adoption.Career Guidance and Coaching: Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence.Innovation and Quality: Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.Workload Management and Performance: Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance to ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards.Client Strategy & Partnership:Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach.Strategy Workshops: Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Actionable Strategies: Translate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworks.Long-term Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams.Solution Design & Delivery Oversight:Solution Design and Delivery: Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications.Solution Alignment: Ensure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.User-Centric Approaches: Review and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Progress Monitoring: Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.
