Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) leader to drive the strategy and execution of our clients' digital transformation initiatives.This role requires a unique blend of leadership, coaching, and partnership skills to inspire high-performing teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & CoachingLead a team of talented Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers to achieve exceptional results.Coach, mentor, and provide career development guidance to build team capability and confidence.Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement to drive excellence.Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance to ensure client deliverables meet high standards.Client Strategy & PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach.Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Translate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworks.Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams to drive mutual value.Solution Design & Delivery OversightProvide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications.Ensure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.Review and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.Thought Leadership & EvangelismEvangelize best practices for digital adoption for clients to drive business value.Stay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trends.Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills and technical best practices.Build a team of DAP Consultants to drive future growth.
