About the Position

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented recruitment specialist who can help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.


The Ideal Candidate

· Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

· High ownership levels

· Numbers-oriented

· Talent in recruiting candidates

· Excellent communication


Roles/Responsibilities

· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

· Source applicants through online channels, such as , Naukri and other professional networks

· Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each role

· Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

· Organize and attend campus placements to build a strong candidate’s pipeline

· Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork

· Conduct employee orientation to newly hired employees


Required skills and qualifications:

· 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or similar role

· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

· Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks


Salary:

Upto 14 LPA depending on experience.

California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 80+ locations across India in Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. We are also the owners of India's first Hass avocado farm with >500 Hass avocado trees. The company was started in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores in the next 2 years. We are committed to providing honestly good food with transparent sourcing and high-quality ingredients.
