About Our Role:We are seeking a skilled Accounting Expert to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in finalizing company accounts and reviewing general ledgers.The key responsibilities of the role include:Reviewing financial statements, trial balances with schedules, and identifying discrepanciesPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsConducting intercompany and inter-branch reconciliationsFinalizing accounts and handling audits (statutory, tax, and internal)Providing financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting servicesCoordinating with internal teams for reports and auditsRequirements for Success:2–5 years of experience in the Real Estate / Construction industryProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S4 HANA / ERP systemsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulationsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
