Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Office Admin based in Surat. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, organizing workflows, and providing exceptional support to our clients and team. The Admin will oversee junior team, manage client responses, invoicing, collections, checking on deadlines, implementing process, vendor payments, etc. Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with basic accounting practices and compliance requirements is desirable. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) office management software & CRM. - A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, commerce graduate or post graduate or a related field is preferred.
