Our goal is to hire an experienced data product owner who will lead our global candidate and recruiting data product portfolio. This role involves defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that power hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of candidate and recruiting data products.Collaborate with HR, BI&A, finance, and data governance teams to understand data needs and develop strategic recommendations.Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives.Ensure data consistency and integration with enterprise datasets (Worker 360, Client 360, etc.).Lead a cross-functional squad (8–10 FTEs) to deliver high-quality data products and provide coaching and guidance to team members.Track KPIs, manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements include 10+ years of experience in data product ownership/data management, a strong understanding of recruiting and candidate data, and experience with HRMS/ATS systems. Additional qualifications include excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes and have a proven track record of delivering successful data products.
