Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS modules.The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure timely delivery, and provide L2/L3 support including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.This role also involves working on MAWM integrations with third-party systems such as WCS and MHE, performing system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases, and creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.A key responsibility will be participating in go-live and hypercare support ensuring system stability and operational excellence.About This RoleEnd-to-end ownership of MAWM configuration and support activities is expected.The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, align system functionality accordingly, coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements, and ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.Participation in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives is also required.
