We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions.End-to-End Solution Design: Implement SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Configuration Expertise: Configure PP processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO.Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
