About
JIIBS is a prop-tech start-up based in New York City developing various prop-tech and consumer-tech products. We have been launched and live for the past couple months, but have decided to go stealth to build an internal product.
Requirements:
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models for AI agent functionalities, including task automation, decision-making, and natural language understanding.
- Lead the development and optimization of scalable ML pipelines, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for state-of-the-art model training.
- Master's or Ph.D. (preferred, Bachelors mandatory) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
- Engineer robust, domain-specific large language models (LLMs) and integrate cutting-edge technologies like transformers, reinforcement learning, or few-shot learning techniques.
- Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context-aware conversational flows using libraries like Hugging Face or proprietary systems.
- Deploy AI models in production environments, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run), or Azure (Machine Learning Studio).
- Architect and manage highly efficient, distributed systems for real-time AI agent performance, employing microservices and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize models for latency and scalability to handle high-volume interactions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal performance in production.
- Secure AI models and systems through advanced techniques such as adversarial training, differential privacy, and robust encryption mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into a seamless SaaS platform, aligning with user needs and platform objectives.
- Build and maintain robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs for model serving and communication with other platform components.
