Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models using frameworks such as GPT, BERT, T5, and Anthropic.
- Fine-tune and customize transformer-based models for specific use cases to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on advancements in NLP and transformer-based architectures for generative applications.
- Deploy and maintain AI solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems for improved model performance.
- Leverage diverse database systems, including vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Faiss) to support AI functionalities.
- Conduct AI model benchmarking using recognized NLP metrics and datasets, such as GLUE, SuperGLUE, and SQuAD.
- Ensure AI models align with ethical guidelines and reduce bias.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AI engineering, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5) and a deep understanding of their architecture.
- Strong understanding of transformer models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying models.
- Proficient in handling large datasets and optimizing models for performance.
- Experience with RAG systems and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Faiss).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ML Ops practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
