Technical Program AssociateThis role is a key liaison between the recruiting and training teams, assisting the Technical Program Manager in planning, implementing, and executing training activities that enhance employee expertise.The Technical Program Associate will provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to multiple teams of software engineers to ensure clarity, vision, strategy, and progress for team members.Daily lab sessions are conducted to deliver high-quality guidance, focusing on simplicity, maintainability, performance, and customer-centricity.The associate captures daily feedback to identify specific roadblocks and individual trainees' concerns.Additionally, they will oversee Engineering Projects by guiding requirements execution and use case building into systems solutions.Monitoring attendance, regular work assignments, and overall performance, escalating any identified performance issues to the Engineering Manager.They will also execute the end-to-end consultant delivery process by working closely with recruitment coordinators and other team members to attract and hire top talent.Conducting technical and behavioral interviews with early-career IT professionals and participating in special projects/tasks as assigned.Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.Providing coaching and mentoring to software engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.Guiding Engineering Projects to ensure successful outcomes.Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and hire top talent.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in training and development or a related field.Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.
