Service Delivery Excellence Lead

Job Overview: As a Service Delivery Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs are met while driving innovation and automation within the service delivery process.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement service offerings, methodologies, and frameworks for delivering high-quality IT servicesEstablish best practices and governance models to ensure consistent and efficient deliveryDrive digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve service quality and reduce costsLead root-cause analysis and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfactionRequired Skills and Qualifications: Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and principlesExperience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and CloudWatchHands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and AzureExposure to microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CloudFormationLed large-scale IT engagements with experience in contract adherence, SLAs, KPIs, transitions, and steady-state operationsDesired Competencies: Ability to define metrics, dashboards, and governance processes to monitor performanceExperience in large-scale digital transformation or managing enterprise application portfolios
