They will also manage and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Architect and guide the implementation of complex solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.Make critical technical decisions on architecture, design patterns, scalability, and performance trade-offs.Define and uphold best practices in development, security, and platform governance.Lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions that align with enterprise standards.Manage and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and accountability.Drive team performance, career development, and engagement in a remote setting.Build and scale engineering capacity to meet evolving business needs.Act as a strategic partner to product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and functions.Collaborate effectively with global teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and support.Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across time zones and organizational boundaries.Champion transparency, shared goals, and inclusive decision-making.Lead initiatives to modernize CRM capabilities and improve user experience.Explore emerging Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation.Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap planning.Requirements:The successful candidate will have 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, as well as 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership. They will also possess strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
