Job Description: Salesforce Architect Only Serving NP/Immediate Joiner Experience- 12 to 17 Years Location- Pune / Bangalore / 1. New Opportunity Solutioning Support planning and estimation for new Salesforce projects (VD). Assist in creating project implementation roadmaps. Contribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning. Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. 2. Consulting – Solution Design & Architecture (Presales to Delivery) Support solution design and architecture across Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud . Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and optimal use of Salesforce platform capabilities. Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce integrations with other systems, especially using MuleSoft . Define CI/CD deployment strategies in collaboration with delivery teams. 3. Coaching & Collaboration with Delivery Teams Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to delivery teams. Share updates on new Salesforce features, releases, and rollout guidance. Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing across the project team. Support technical skill advancement and development within Salesforce teams. 4. Competency Development Plan Salesforce training content with Learning and Delivery teams. Participate in Salesforce industry events with the Lead – Tech Alliances & Partnerships. Contribute to improving maturity levels within the Salesforce partnership program. Ensure adherence to Component Quality Assurance best practices and guidelines. 5. Co-Innovation Maintain a Tech Radar for Salesforce. Lead PoCs on upcoming Salesforce products and platform offerings, including AI, Data, and PaaS services . Evaluate marketplace products and solutions. Maintain architectural documentation and build reusable assets and frameworks. Drive grooming of freshers to make them productive in Salesforce development and operations. 6. Technical Leadership Liaise with VW Group Salesforce contacts as required. Foster an innovation-driven culture and enhance agent capability. Support continuous improvement initiatives within existing Salesforce engagements. /
