Healthcare Integration SpecialistThe role of a Healthcare Integration Specialist is pivotal in seamlessly integrating new source systems into the organization's core applications. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data flows uninterrupted.Preliminary assessments of new data sources are conducted, and clients/project managers are assisted in estimating effort and refining project scope.HL7 interfaces are designed, developed, and implemented with customers/internal resources.Quality analysis/test across an interoperability project lifecycle takes place, participating in configuration reviews and creating/amending checklists/test scripts.This position requires collaboration with QA Data Validators during implementations, articulating issues in technical/layman terms, negotiating solutions, and balancing multiple client projects/initiatives. Additionally, research/write documentation for internal/external audiences, participate in on-call events/deployments, train client resources, and demonstrate ownership/detail-oriented work ethic.
