Senior Transportation PlannerThe Senior Transportation Planner plays a pivotal role in our Transport Planning & Traffic Engineering team by delivering traffic demand analyses, master plans, and impact studies for moderately complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Conduct transportation data collection (e.g., traffic counts) in coordination with project teams to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with Traffic Modelers to develop traffic models and network simulations that drive business outcomes.Support trip generation analysis, O-D matrix development, and traffic volume assessments to optimize project performance.Develop high-quality drawings such as circulation plans, parking layouts, and signage plans to enhance the user experience.Prepare comprehensive transportation and traffic impact study reports for moderate-complexity projects that meet stakeholder expectations.Review and validate transport and traffic studies with clients and authorities to ensure alignment with industry standards.Perform peer reviews of design deliverables and provide actionable feedback to junior team members to foster growth and development.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience with key traffic modeling tools such as VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, MXROAD, SIDRA, HCS, AutoTURN, CUBE, and similar software is mandatory.A strong foundation in transport planning and traffic engineering is essential for success in this role.A solid understanding of international engineering standards, guidelines, and codes is necessary to ensure compliance and best practices.Proficiency in transport and land-use planning, traffic modeling, and ITS-related systems is crucial for driving business results.Experience and Qualification:Masters in Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering / Management or related topics are highly preferred.8+ years of industry experience in the transportation planning and traffic engineering field is required.
