Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and statutory compliance.About the RoleManage payroll data collection, verification and consolidation in coordination with our outsourced partner.Coordinate with the payroll service provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Prepare and generate monthly MIS reports and payroll dashboards.Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation.Support audits by providing accurate payroll information and reports.Responsibilities:Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations and changes to minimum wages.Administer compensation & benefits processes including generation of increment letters and calculations.Resolve queries around benefits, create and maintain master MIS files for leadership and transfer letters generation.Verify and reconcile monthly payroll, manpower and attrition data.Work closely with HR Operations to ensure data integrity and process controls.Required Skills and QualificationsDetail-oriented and proactive approach to managing end-to-end payroll activities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
