Key Performance IndicatorsWe are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team as a Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer. This role involves building and maintaining large-scale, reliable ML systems that power critical insights across enterprise environments.The successful candidate will help design and enhance our open-source observability platform by adding AI capabilities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SREs, service owners, and observability SMEs, to ensure the scalability and reliability of ML model deployment.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing data pipelines using Databricks and related tools. You will also use CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing. Additionally, you will deploy and manage ML infrastructure on AWS or Azure.Some of the key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining AI/ML features for an open-source Observability Platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborating with SREs, service owners, and observability SMEs to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Designing and managing data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Using CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploying and managing ML infrastructure on AWS or Azure.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in machine learning engineering and experience working with cloud platforms. The following qualifications are essential:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on experience with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
