Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Creative Lead or a senior designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative strategy, bringing fresh ideas to life across every brand touchpoint. Your work will shape how our audience connects with CureFit, ensuring our campaigns resonate and leave a lasting impact. If you’re passionate about fitness, thrive on creativity, and love leading teams to create meaningful work, this could be the perfect next step in your journey.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and drive innovative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and performance ads, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across digital, social, in-center, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative work with overall business strategy and present concepts to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance CureFit’s brand identity, exploring new ways to elevate the brand’s presence in the market.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 3-4 people, fostering collaboration and maintaining high-quality output.


Qualifications:


  • 6-8 years of experience in a creative role.
  • Proven experience in leading successful brand campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in digital and social media platforms, with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences across various channels.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.
  • A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
