About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial DD&IT GBS department is an integral part of DD&IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
 

The position
As an PMO/Executive Assistant , you will be responsible for supporting the head of IO DD&IT based out of Zurich and the Leadership team in executing management & relevant organizational activities. It involves,

Responsible for organising Leadership meetings and ensure progress on agreed action points. Tracking vendor performance, liaise with the PA/EA community, and participate in Global DD&IT EA Forum meetings. Building strong relationships with regional DD&IT heads, IOSO DD&IT teams, Global DD&IT Teams, and GBS CDDIT teams. Acting as the key point of contact for IO DD&IT budgets, ensuring control of management cost centers and pools. Coordinating with IOSO & GBS controllers for financial/budgeting and procurement processes, handling SLA, intercompany invoicing, and month-end reporting.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

10+ years professional experience, including 5+ years in IT. 3+ years Project Manager, Scrum Master, PMO, or Executive Assistant experience. Result-oriented, change-embracing, with excellent communication skills. Proactive, adept at solving complex tasks, and a strong team leader.
