About Emkay:Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd. is a leader in the financial services sector, actively creating wealth for our clients for over two decades.Founded in 1995 with a clear goal of offering sound, research-backed financial advice, we have successfully served a wide variety of highly distinguished clientele around the world; including foreign institutional investors (FIIs), domestic mutual funds, hedge funds, banks, insurance companies, private equity firms, corporate houses, small and medium-sized enterprises and high net worth individuals (HNIs).Job Responsibilities :Research - tracking companies in sector (Banking Sector)Culling out data using various databases such as Bloomberg, etcAssist in Financial modelling & valuationsConducting fundamental primary research of companies as perAssisting the lead analyst/ in building financial models, building and maintaining databases, preparing initiation note, quarterly result update note and event update noteAssisting the lead analyst in meeting corporate, doing channel checks, arranging for roadshows & conferenceIndependent responsibility to interact with select buy-side analystsOrganizational Relationships :Closely works with the Senior analyst and associates in the same sector and across researchSkills :Excellent communicationProven skills of significantly improving the structure and readability of written communicationQualification :· CA + CFA / MBA from tier 1 & tier II institutesExperience :· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Institutional Research covering Banking sector.
