Senior SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantWe are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead the implementation of Recruiting/Career Portal and Onboarding modules.The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in RCM and Onboarding. They should also have hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules.Configure recruitment workflows: job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, job posting, and integration with the career portal.Set up and configure Onboarding 2.0 processes: new-hire data capture, compliance forms, notifications, role-based permissions, and task workflows.Manage integration between Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in RCM and Onboarding.Hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.Join our organization as we take on the challenge of delivering top-notch services to our clients.
