Job Title: Senior Technical ArchitectSynopsis: As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. Your technical expertise will guide the creation of innovative solutions that meet our current needs while aligning with our overall IT strategy.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into practical technical designs.End-to-End Architecture: Own the development of comprehensive ServiceNow solution architecture for assigned projects or modules, including data modeling, workflows, and integrations for new implementations or enhancements.Module Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet requirements, overseeing the development of features such as forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI pages.Integration & Data Management: Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing integration tools and APIs to ensure efficient data exchange and alignment with our broader IT landscape.Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to developers and administrators, resolving design questions and making informed decisions on trade-offs.Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to develop thorough test plans for ServiceNow solutions, participating in system testing and user acceptance testing to verify functional requirements and performance expectations.Deployment & Support Transition: Plan and coordinate go-live activities for new ServiceNow features or modules, creating documentation for implemented solutions and conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions for operational teams or clients.Post-Implementation Optimization: Continuously monitor solution performance and adoption after rollout, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations for updates or refinements to optimize value delivered by ServiceNow solutions.About You:We're looking for an exceptional individual who possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation.
