Senior Director of Data Strategy and SolutionsWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Data Strategy and Solutions to lead our efforts in harnessing the power of data across APAC. As a member of our global leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional data strategy and overseeing its implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional data strategies that drive business growth, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy enterprise-wide data solutions, including semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI platforms.Ensure the effective deployment of GenAI capabilities across multiple markets, while maintaining consistent data governance standards.Build and manage high-performing teams of Principal Analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and development.RequirementsA minimum of 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, with recent people management experience.Demonstrable expertise within General Insurance data domains, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance) and experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.A strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models, with hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping).Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms, with a strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven success engaging senior executives internationally.About UsAs a leading Insurance Company in India, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.
