Job Title: Data Product OwnerDescription:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global Candidate & Recruiting Data Product Portfolio. In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for data products that power hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the organization. This includes developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing risks to ensure sustainable product performance.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruiting & candidate data, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Experience with HRMS/ATS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, SAP/Oracle, or Eightfold.ai is also required. Additionally, knowledge of modern data technologies like Snowflake is beneficial.This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Finance, and Data Governance, to understand data needs and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
