Job Title: Audit ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a strategic and experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance processes.This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can collaborate cross-functionally, identify risk areas, and deliver clear, actionable audit findings to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of data analysts focused on invoice reconciliation/data research processDevelop and implement strategies for streamlining the invoice reconciliation processLeverage data analysis tools and techniques to identify and investigate data discrepanciesDevelop and implement quality control procedures for invoice reconciliation/data research processAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementPrepare reports and presentations on key activities and findingsTrain and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and invoice reconciliation proceduresRequired Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or financial control rolesBenefits:As an Internal Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.You will be responsible for leading internal audits, developing strategies, and implementing quality control procedures.
