Dynamics 365 FO Process Improvement Specialist

Are you a seasoned expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? Do you have a passion for driving business process improvements and system enhancements?We're seeking a highly skilled Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the company, you will analyze and document requirements, translate them into system configurations and process flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end business processes.The ideal candidate has a strong functional consulting background in D365FO, with expertise in areas such as finance, procurement, customer service, and warehouse operations. They will partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.You will support evolving financial planning and analysis needs, including advanced reporting and integration with BI platforms. Additionally, you will work with customer service leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work across multiple teams, and possess strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
