About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist to join our team as a consultant. This individual will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions across the project lifecycle, working closely with business users to provide support and guidance, contribute towards solution design, create functional and customisation design documents, assist with configuration and data migration, and troubleshoot issues.Support Business Users: Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.Solution Design: Contribute towards solution design and development of functional and customisation design documents.Configuration and Data Migration: Assist with configuration and data migration of Dynamics solutions.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to resolve them.Key Competencies:Deep functional knowledge of D365 Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA).Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios.Experience of customised solutions to complex business problems.Ability to communicate clearly with global colleagues.Demonstrable consultancy experience.Strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework.A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems.Ability to multitask and prioritise.Excellent attention to detail.Requirements:Relevant Microsoft certification.Requires 5+ yrs of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant.PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and support.Fluent in English is a must.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Qualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirable.
