Job Title: Product Development SpecialistThe company is seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving the company's AI-enabled applications.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain the company's AI application with support from external development partners• Lead the build-out of new product features, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment• Write clean, scalable code across the stack (React, Node.js/Java + Python)• Manage engineering workflows, including Jira, code reviews, and quality standards• Support product discovery by translating user needs into product requirements• Integrate with AI components, including RAG pipelines, API-driven LLM features, and AI agents• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of backend services and cloud infrastructure• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, including client managers, analysts, and operations personnel• Join customer discovery calls to understand use cases and observe pain points• Work directly with the CTO to shape technical decisions and product strategyRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields• 2-3 years of software development experience• Strong skills in at least two of: React (front-end), Python, Node.js/Java• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern web app architecture• Exposure to AI concepts, including RAG, LangChain-style orchestration, and vector databases• Solid understanding of relational & non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally• High ownership mindset, adaptability, and strong bias for actionWhy this role?This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential junior engineer who wants hands-on ownership, end-to-end product exposure, and fast growth into Head of Engineering or Product Manager roles.What you'll gain from this role:• Direct learning from a US-based CTO – ideal for someone looking to fast-track their career• Major ownership of products from day one• Clear career path: grow into Head of Engineering or Product Manager depending on strengths• Opportunity to build products that combine AI + real-world impact
