This ensures consistency and helps to avoid last-minute scrambles.Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.Budgeting and Planning: Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve content goals and objectives. This includes forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on content performance.Reporting and Analytics: Track and measure the success of content initiatives using data and analytics tools.
