Cost Optimization and Pricing StrategistThe ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and refining product costs, driving cost optimization programs across functions like supply chain and operations, supporting customer discussions on pricing and product cost reports, and analyzing various business scenarios to support strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:Work with engineering and finance teams to define product costs and drive cost optimization initiatives.Develop and implement cost reduction strategies across multiple business functions.Analyze business data to inform pricing and cost-related decisions.Support cross-functional teams in scenario planning and cost forecasting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent field.MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM or equivalent).A minimum of 2+ years of post-MBA experience in Strategy/Consulting/FMCG/FMCD/EMS.A minimum of 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in Engineering or SCM roles preferably.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Cost Optimization and Pricing Strategist to join our team.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and pricing strategies that positively impact the organization's bottom line.
