Role Overview:

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients succeed with Zintlr’s AI-powered People Intelligence platform. You’ll build and nurture strong post-purchase relationships, ensuring clients fully utilize the platform to meet their sales quotas and boost their business. Your goal will be to ensure customers derive maximum value from Zintlr by providing proactive support, addressing challenges, and fostering long-term satisfaction. By delivering a seamless experience, you’ll turn satisfied customers into loyal partners who continually benefit from Zintlr’s solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers and helping them quickly realize value from Zintlr. Conduct product training sessions to ensure clients can leverage all key features. Foster strong relationships with users by making them feel like key partners in the process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact for any post-purchase needs. Provide personalized support to help customers achieve their goals using Zintlr.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Proactively check in with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations. Ensure Zintlr continues to meet their expectations and provide prompt support to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Retention & Loyalty: Drive customer retention by demonstrating continuous value and addressing any concerns. Cultivate loyalty by ensuring customers are consistently satisfied and engaged with Zintlr.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer issues, troubleshooting problems and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them quickly, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Maximize Platform Utilization: Guide clients to explore advanced features and solutions, helping them get the full benefit of the platform. Provide best practices to maximize their ROI and long-term value.
  • Drive Renewals & Upsells: Identify upsell opportunities and work towards contract renewals by understanding evolving customer needs and aligning them with Zintlr’s offerings.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the product team to enhance the user experience. Advocate for changes that better serve customer needs.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Position yourself as a strategic partner, helping clients leverage Zintlr to achieve their business goals. Build a reputation as the go-to resource for optimizing customer success.


Key Qualifications:

  • Candidates with 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or any client-facing role are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or the HR tech space is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Passion for driving customer success, retention, and loyalty through exceptional service.
