Responsibilities -
- Develop various systems that strengthen the relationship between the organization and its customers.
- Look for better ways to understand customers’ needs and pain points to enhance organizations experience.
- Monitor and solve any issues among the clients immediately.
- Understand consumer behavior, their needs, and problems.
- Upgrade strategies based on customer satisfaction rate, reviews, and response type.
- Improve client loyalty and their lifetime value to the business.
- Keep customers satisfied by fulfilling their expectations and focusing on bridging the gap between the company and customers.
- Develop and execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
- Prepare a set of universal customer relationship procedures and apply them at every level of the company.
- Maintain smooth communication with customers by promptly replying to their queries and resolving complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with different departments within India and in the HQ in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation.
