Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Animator to join our dynamic animation and game development team, focusing on mixed reality and games. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations that enhance the visual appeal and player experience of our games. You will work closely with game designers, developers, and artists to bring game elements to life and ensure animations align with the overall game aesthetics and themes.


Key Responsibilities

•Conceptualize and Create Animations: Develop high-quality 2D and 3D animations for slot games, characters, backgrounds, and UI elements.

•Enhance Visual Storytelling: Work with the design team to integrate animation that enhances player immersion, gameplay, and theme consistency.

•Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with game designers, developers, and sound designers to ensure seamless integration of animations into the final product.

•Prototype and Iterate: Rapidly prototype animation concepts and make adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.

•Optimization: Optimize animations to maintain performance and quality across a variety of platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.).

•Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior animators and contribute to the overall growth of the animation team.

•Maintain Style Consistency: Ensure that all animations align with the art style and tone of the specific game themes.


Qualifications

•Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in animation, with a focus on slot games or a related field in game development.

•Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard animation tools such as Spine, After Effects, Unity, or similar software.

•Artistic Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, character rigging, and visual effects.

•Slot Game Expertise: Experience in creating animations specifically for slot games, including understanding of reel mechanics, game loops, and in-game animations.

•Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing a range of animations, particularly in the gaming or casino industry.


Preferred Qualifications

•Familiarity with the gambling industry and slot game regulations.

•Experience working in an Agile development environment.

•Knowledge of sound design integration for slot animations.
