Job Title: 2D Designer

Experience: 3+ Years


Phase 1 is a dynamic and innovative event management company that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences. From corporate events to social gatherings, we take pride in delivering exceptional designs that leave a lasting impact.


We are seeking a creative and talented Junior 2D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a strong understanding of design principles, and be eager to contribute fresh ideas to our projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers to create compelling 2D designs for various event collateral, including invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in developing visual concepts and design layouts based on project requirements and client preferences.
  • Use graphic design software to produce high-quality and visually appealing graphics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of designs within specified timelines.
  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually improve design quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D design projects and creative thinking.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies.
