This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issues.Synthesise complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends.Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms.Key Qualifications:1–3 years' experience as a Business Strategist with demonstrable strategic impactStrong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and business problem-solvingExcellent communicator, able to present complex ideas clearlySkilled in tools like SQL, Tableau, R, and PythonExperience working with senior leadership (e.g., CEOs)Highly organised with strong attention to detailCollaborative mindset with the ability to work independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departmentsHighly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallelNote: Please ensure you meet the essential requirements before applying.Technical Requirements:Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+256GB storage space - minimum16GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
