Job Description for the Position of Billing Executive/CashierUtilizing ERP to identify the outstanding accountsGenerating bills and invoices specific to customer Generating Sales Order after getting detailed understanding customer’s requirementsDelivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional servicesReconciling all payment with invoicesReceiving and sorting incoming payments including Cash, DC/CC, Online Payments, UPIManaging Petty CashIdentifying any inconsistencies in any transactions or pricing in ERPRegularly updating receivables specific to customerAnswering customers’ equations and address problemsSubmission of all cash collected to the concerned authority at end of the dayReconciliation of all payments received at end of dayPreparing and submitting Daily Sales Reports to Accounts teamGenerating monthly and quarterly reports and present to Reporting AuthorityThere are also other duties as to the designation. The duties are not limited to the tasks above and expected to adhere to the customer satisfaction level being following the policies and protocols.Qualifications:B.
