Job Description for the Position of Billing Executive/CashierUtilizing ERP to identify the outstanding accountsGenerating bills and invoices specific to customer Generating Sales Order after getting detailed understanding customer’s requirementsDelivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional servicesReconciling all payment with invoicesReceiving and sorting incoming payments including Cash, DC/CC, Online Payments, UPIManaging Petty CashIdentifying any inconsistencies in any transactions or pricing in ERPRegularly updating receivables specific to customerAnswering customers’ equations and address problemsSubmission of all cash collected to the concerned authority at end of the dayReconciliation of all payments received at end of dayPreparing and submitting Daily Sales Reports to Accounts teamGenerating monthly and quarterly reports and present to Reporting AuthorityThere are also other duties as to the designation. The duties are not limited to the tasks above and expected to adhere to the customer satisfaction level being following the policies and protocols.Qualifications:B. Com Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAPStrong computational skillsAn extreme attention to detailAbility to be productive without oversightExcellent interpersonal skillsRobust written and communication skill setBasic understanding of office software and machineryKey Skills and Competencies1 year of experience as a Billing Executive at any large format storeUnderstanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations Passion for numbers and financial dataExcellent knowledge of MS Office Critical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsIntegrityCTC : INR 10,000 – 12,000 in handLocation : Baripada
